South Australian Court filing fees have been steadily increasing but 2011/12 sees more changes and increases which are
far beyond what is typical.
The Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts have all seen rises in the filing fees of at least 18% for standard claims. No matter how short a marriage lasts, there are certain requirements that must be met before you can get your divorce. The first is that it must be at least 12 months from the date you separated from your spouse before you can apply to the Court for a divorce.
